I purchased a very expensive bike from this company. It then developed a fault with the rear wheel that caused a lot of damage to the chain, front sprocket and the frame. BD Price simply blamed my son and refused to cover the cost of replacing these items. They were rude and extremely unhelpful. Avoid this company.
