Estate Agency Cottons are an independent company who pride ourselves on offering a professional and friendly service. We can offer guidance and advice on sales and purchases of residential property. Mortgage and conveyancing advice can additionally be provided from our independent advisors if necessary. Cottons can also arrange for the provision of a competitively priced HIP (Home information Pack), including an Energy Performance Certificate. Properties that we advertise for sale will be on display in our office windows prominently located at 361 Hagley Road, in the local press and on the websites Rightmove, Movewithus, Fish4homes and Find a Property. Digital photographs are taken of all properties and are used to highlight good selling aspects.

Surveyors The chartered surveyors of our Survey and Valuation department are experienced in the valuation and appraisal of residential and commercial property. Valuation reports are a requirement of all lending institutions to establish the correct value of a property. Valuations are also essential in matters relating to Insurance, matrimonial disputes, and all aspects of taxation matters including probate, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax. Cottons are able to provide a comprehensive service for the homebuyer including RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Reports.
